Through the lens of Woman

A prophet like Moses

The prophet like Moses turned out to be unlike anyone Israel had imagined.

He showed up in a manger. He grew up in obscurity. He healed the bleeding woman in the crowd. He spoke to the Samaritan at the well. He let Mary anoint His feet. He defended the woman caught in adultery. He sent Mary Magdalene as the first witness of His resurrection. Christ saw women in ways no prophet before Him had.

If you have been a woman who felt invisible to the religious systems you grew up in — passed over, talked around, sidelined — Christ is not those systems. The prophet greater than Moses came specifically and visibly for women. He noticed. He spoke. He healed. He sent.

One small thing today: in a place where you have felt invisible, picture Jesus. Not the institutional version. The Gospel version. He sees you. He speaks to you. He sends you. Listen to Him.
