I get invited into rooms where leaders are tired, churches are searching, and people are hungry for something more than another performance. I bring a pastoral, scripturally-anchored voice that doesn't pander to either tribe — and a direct word about rooted, fruitful, free formation. I'll preach hard, sit with your people afterward, and pray with whoever wants to be prayed for. I'm comfortable with a Sunday pulpit, a leaders' day, a multi-day retreat, or a conference keynote.

One-on-one coaching for pastors and church planters who are trying to figure out how to keep their souls intact while doing the work. We meet on a regular cadence (typically twice a month). I'll listen for what's underneath the surface — the patterns, the drift, the places you're running on fumes — and walk with you toward the kind of leadership that bears fruit without burning you out. I've planted, I've burned out twice, I've been put back together. I'm not coaching from theory.

Life coaching for people who are not pastoring a church, but who are tired of running themselves into the ground in their work, marriage, parenting, or inner life. We meet on a regular cadence and walk through the patterns that are draining you, the practices that could feed you, and the formation work of becoming the kind of person whose fruit comes from being rooted — not from being driven. This is not therapy. It's discipleship-shaped coaching for the long road.

I bring the lens of someone who has planted from scratch and led a multi-denominational church planting movement of 60+ churches across two states.
